Please include the email address and/or phone number you used when contacting Shipshape Society, joining the Society, booking a call, submitting a form, or purchasing a service.

For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Once verified, we will review the relevant systems we use, which may include HubSpot, Cal.com, email, calendar, payment processors, website tools, analytics tools, and related service providers.

Depending on your request and applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we have personal information associated with you
• Provide a copy of certain personal information we maintain about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete eligible personal information
• Unsubscribe you from marketing communications
• Restrict or object to certain uses of your information where applicable

If you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize eligible personal information from our active systems and request deletion from relevant service providers where required and practical. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, completed transactions, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

We do not sell personal information.
